With more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, Naye will help support Cityview’s strategic growth across the Western U.S.
Real estate investment management firm Cityview has named Kyle Naye senior director of acquisitions. With more than 13 years of experience in the acquisition and financing of commercial real estate assets, Naye will help Cityview expand its investment strategy, support its strategic growth and grow its deal pipeline, with a primary focus on Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon; Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; Dallas and Austin, Texas and other non-California markets across the Western U.S.
Naye will manage acquisitions, including sourcing, underwriting, closing and developing comprehensive business plans for investors, and work closely with the Cityview team to manage and expand strategic acquisitions across the firm’s vertically integrated platform. Naye will leverage his extensive resources to enhance Cityview’s pipeline of value-add and development opportunities that represent an attractive risk-adjusted return for the firm and its investors.

Prior to joining Cityview, Naye was a vice president of originations at PGIM Real Estate, where he provided transactions and underwriting oversight for core-plus and high-yield debt vehicles. He also held a prior role at PGIM managing the underwriting, investment committee preparation and closing of $992 million in multifamily, retail and office assets across the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Earlier, he was a senior associate of acquisitions at Clarion Partners, senior real estate analyst at Northmarq and an officer in the United States Navy.
He earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University with majors in real estate and finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in information systems from University of Colorado. He is a founder of the Global Real Estate Dealmakers podcast.
